Terms of service

These terms apply to purchases from VibeKore in Lebanon. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to receive and pay for the order.

Orders and payment

Orders are subject to confirmation, product availability, and acceptance by VibeKore. Payment is collected in cash on delivery unless another method is displayed at checkout. Prices and offers may change before an order is confirmed.

Delivery

We currently deliver within Lebanon. Delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Customers must provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number and be available to receive the order.

Product use and safety

Use the VibeKore Plate only as instructed and on a stable surface. The product is not medical treatment, and individual experiences vary. If you are pregnant, have a medical condition or implanted device, or are unsure whether vibration exercise is appropriate for you, seek professional medical advice before use.

Returns and warranty

Our Return and refund policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or obligations that cannot legally be excluded under Lebanese law.
