Returns and warranty

VibeKore does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or unwanted items.

If your VibeKore Plate arrives damaged, is not the item you ordered, or develops a suspected electrical manufacturing defect, contact us promptly at info@vibekore.me. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos or video where possible.

We will assess the product. If a covered defect is confirmed, VibeKore will arrange repair, replacement, or another remedy required by applicable law.

What is not covered

Warranty coverage does not apply to damage caused by misuse, an unsuitable power supply, liquid exposure, impact, unauthorized repair or modification, normal wear, or failure to follow the supplied instructions.

This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Lebanese law.
